Cancellation Policy
We accept order cancellations before the product is shipped or produced. If you decide to cancel your order before it’s processed, you will receive a full refund. Once the product has shipped, we are unable to cancel the order.
Return Policy
We accept returns within 14 days from the date you receive your product. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in original condition, and in the original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete the return. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Return Shipping Costs: You will be charged for return shipping, but we do not charge any restocking fees.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email about the status of your refund. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be issued to your original payment method within a few days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet, please follow these steps:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card company — it may take some time for the refund to appear on your statement.
- Contact your bank — there could be some processing delays.
